What’s better than fresh berries in July? A smoothie made from fresh berries in July!

Not only delicious (and pretty… well, it is), this healthy smoothie is low in calories and high in cancer-fighting antioxidants. Need some extra calcium? This smoothie provides bone-strengthening calcium to your diet too! It’s a sweet (and easy) way to start your day.


5.3-ounce package blueberry Greek yogurt
1 cup fresh blueberries, stems removed
1 cup fresh, halved strawberries, stems removed
1 cup fat-free milk
6 ice cubes


Place all ingredients in blender; blend until thoroughly mixed. Pour into your favorite glass and garnish with extra berries, if desired.
