I have two cookbook recommendation this month: “A Curious Harvest, the Practical Art of Cooking Everything” by Maximus Thaler and Dayna Safferstein, and “Easy Gourmet” by Stephanie Le. Both books are beautifully designed. “Easy Gourmet” includes dozens of recipes that anyone can cook… from Beef and Guinness to Potato Waffles. “A Curious Harvest” is a cookbook about making meals out of what you already have on hand. I’ve been using both of these great cookbooks lately.
I recently attended a Young Living Essential Oil 101 class. While this may be one of many great essential oil companies out there, I’ve been impressed with this one. I can’t wait to start using them more regularly. I started with the premium starter kit, which includes several oils and a diffuser.
I’m not a recent convert to the love of spray paint, but after buying a house with many shiny gold doorknobs, I’ve rediscovered my love for it. It’s not hard to pop off a doorknob and hardware. I’ve spray painted mine black, and wow! do they look so awesome. Such an easy, but rewarding project.
