lemon-orange smoothie

1 cup vanilla almond milk
6 ounces lemon yogurt
1 orange, peeled and torn in sections
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
8 ice cubes


Place all ingredients except the flaxseed oil in a blender and blend until smooth. Then, add the flaxseed oil. Pour in your favorite glass—and then bottom’s up! Makes 2 servings.
