KIWI-KALE-BANANA SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

1 ripe kiwi fruit, peeled
½ apple, chopped
4 kale leaves
1 cup cold water (or almond milk)
1 frozen banana

Directions

First mix the kale and water in blender. Then, add kiwi, sliced in two or three sections and chopped apple. Finally add frozen banana and blend.

Pour in your favorite glass—and then bottom’s up!

Makes 1-2 servings.
